Great place with limited space

My experience has been great. Management and maintenance are very responsive. I wanted a place that was reasonably price with vinyl flooring, quiet and safe area, with stores close by. My only negative review would be the mold that accumulates in the bathroom after hot showers or on balcony door after a heavy rain.
