Great location
The apartments are rather small but make up for it with great views and lots of street parking for guests. There is a parking garage for a reasonable price. Mixed-income building with great diversity. Has a small gym, in-building laundry, and bike storage. Target, Police station, and Fire station on the same intersection as the building, with 3 other grocery stores within walking distance. About 10 minute walk to the Clark/Division Red line.
