The building is quiet, generally well-maintained, but extremely overpriced. The new management is not as good as the previous one.

Location can't be topped - 15 min walk from Ross and downtown, 10 min from athletic campus.

I am in a studio+den 544 sqft (3B configuration), I have lots of closet space, great sized living room. I face South Main so not a lot of direct sunlight but a whole wall of windows! I really enjoy the gym, pool, BBW, and the thick walls- I cannot hear any neighbors! The management company has been below satisfactory for the amount we are paying, there are issues with the fire pits, security of the building from time to time, and have heard that some maintenance requests take weeks. I have had all positive interactions with the staff. Everyone that lives here is an MBA or Law for the most part which makes it a fun community.

618 South Main is a short 12-15 minute walk to Ross. It is within a 5-7 minute walk from many other buildings and houses where MBAs live. The floor plans are spacious.

Average apartment with issues continually coming up. Building management is overall friendly but takes a while to respond to issues. Great community overall.

I like 618! Just very pricey.

I love this apartment. No issues with neighbors, smells, sounds (other than the train), management, maintenance. It is expensive though, and $200/month to park my car is a steep fee. Free coffee, and nice pool in the summer. I love the conference room as well.

I have been living here for 2 years, and it has been overall a positive experience. It's in a really convenient location and is overall, very quiet (with the exception of traffic sounds and foot traffic on game days).

618 South Main is a great apartment for law students! It’s definitely a little pricey, but the building is well maintained, the location is amazing and it is a 10 minute walk from the law school, and the amenities, such as the gym and pool are pretty nice. WiFi and water are included in the rent, but utilities are separate. The maintenance team is amazing and they fix issues very promptly. The management team is alright, but after move-in, you do not need to deal with them much. Parking is $200/month in the climate-controlled garage. A nice plus is bagel + donut Fridays every Friday!
