Great downtown apartment
Love living at Gateway. Apartments are big and the location is perfect to get anywhere downtown. Elevator and cheap parking and in unit laundry. Downside is there are not many amenities.

Great location, lacking amenities, nice but sometimes slow management
The location is great and the apartments are a good size for 1 person and reasonably modern fixtures. The management company's responsiveness seems to vary

Gateway Commons has a great location, few amenities
Great property, good quality units, affordable price. Amenities on site are nonexistent. Parking is uncovered (not ideal for when the snow starts).

Gateway Commons
I have enjoyed living at Gateway the past year. The units are large and bright. The location is great - near the Commons (walking distance to bars and restaurants) - and parking is super convenient. I had a couple issues with the W/D when I moved in, and it took a bit of time to get them replaced, but Travis Hyde credited my rent and got me a new unit as soon as it arrived. The building is quiet but is a short walk from buildings where MBA students live, bars, and restaurants. It's super convenient and pet friendly.

The apartment is centrally located and close to many downtown locations. The bus stop is a short walk and easy to get to and from campus. Additionally, the building is quiet and the staff is quick to respond to maintenance requests.
