Great views to Cayuga Lake

The Ithacan is a fairly new building with great amenities for students and working professionals in a very convenient location in downtown. The Northern view of Cayuga Lake makes my day

Service does not worth the rent

The entire partment is unfurnished, which means no bed, sofa, tables and chairs.
They change the entire management team due to change of owners in 2025, creating a mess in check-in and daily services. The overall experience does not match the crazy rent.

Makes you feel at home

The apartment is not furnished. Which will require (for a studio) around 5k to furnish completely.

However the apartments are new, make you feel at home (not a student dorm), very clean, great common areas, study rooms, gym, nice rooftop. Well located, 1 minute walk to the bus. Best place no questions asked.

The Ithacan

The building is super new and the amenities are really nice. The apartments are also very new and haven’t had any problems inside the apartment. All the utilities work well. There’s a $100 charge for wifi and gym etc. The wifi comes fully set up, and it’s high speed, multiple devices can be used. Apartment is really spacious, with a really big bathroom. Love it.
