I would highly recommend having multiple options listed in the housing application. A lot of students prefer Verano Towers owing to its proximity to the Merage building, Albertsons, UTC, and overall location, but Palo Verde, Verano Place, and Campus Village are also good options. Limiting your choices just to Verano Towers may lower your chances of getting on-campus housing.

Modern and good amenities, the room and closet space are moderate

Great experience in Verano. Very convenient and well maintained. Everything is included in the rent. Affordable compared to off-campus. Always prefer Verano over off-campus housing. It is near campus and has a great and safe community

This is the new Verano tower . Super clean and comfortable to live.

I stay at the Verano towers on campus, and the place is very safe and student friendly. My departments are walkable distance and almost all the utilities are covered in the rent. The rent also comes cheaper than the other apartments off campus. Even the management is good, any issues are immediately addressed.

The kitchen size including the number of comparments , size of the fridge all is same across different apartment sizes. Which means the fridge size for 2 Bed Room which is shared among 2 people is same as one being shared among 4 people. Also the fittings is bathroom is bare minimum with out hand shower which makes the taking bath for people with less than average very difficult. Also there is no cleaning or painting done before handing over the flat which makes the move in process very difficult.

I am very happy to find my place at verano place as it is close to the school and feel safe and well managed

It's very convenient, close to school, cheap, soundproof is great, and has many events.

I live in a house with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in a first floor. It's quite spacious and convenience to access to Merage School.
