Verano 8 Review
The apartment I live in was one of the cheaper options for the new graduate buildings. It comes unfurnished, but you will have a kitchen, two bathrooms, and an individual sink to work with. Most of the flooring and wallpaper is very cheap and the walls are super thin. At most, the bed you will buy for these apartments is a Twin, so do not expect a lot of space compared to other apartments. Aside from the cheap walls, it is okay to live in if you have the necessary furniture in place. One big issue during move-in was how hot it was. There is almost no air conditioning in the actual apartment. What's nice about Verano 8 is that you are only a ten minute walk from the Merage Business Building

Can't complain with the cost of rent. It has a lot of features for the price. Roommates can be a bigger problem than the place.

The apartment rooms are very tiny for a single person.
There are no acs inside the apartments (which should be included in the rent).
The overall planning of the storage spaces could be better

Verano Place New Towers Review
The new Verano Place towers are a great place to live. They are at a very manageable walking/bike distance to school, supermarkets, gym, and parking lot. Things inside the apartments are brand new. The only thing these apartments don't have is A/C.

Ive had a good experience and am on campus so the walk to the business building is very short and convenient.
