Living in Verano gives you greater comfortability to your accommodation and pursue of your advancement in career. Its very peaceful and secure. Easy access to home amenities such as laundry and Waste Disposal site.

Verano Towers is a nice place to live. It is only a year old so it is new and clean. There is plenty of natural light, but the rooms are small and have no closet.

Considering how cheap the rent is here, the small size of the rooms is not an issue. The build quality and appliances are all brand new and I have no complaints. Not ideal for someone who needs more space or room for storage.

My apartment building (Verano Towers) are newly built with great infrastructure, plenty of study rooms in the building itself and at the Verano Place Community Center. The apartments have 4 equal sized bedrooms and 2 equal sized bathrooms. Each room is occupied by an occupant and one bathroom is shared between 2 occupants. 5 minutes walk away from Albertsons and other grocery stores as well as the market complex with numerous eating outlets.

You get your own space with you bedroom and your own sink outside of the bathroom. I share a bathroom with one other girl which works great. The kitchen is large enough for multiple people cooking. The shared space is a little small but doable. There’s in building laundry which makes it easy. There are also many study spots around the building. There’s a community center which throws a lot of events to attend along with many study rooms

Overall good, but price could be lower, internet is slow, there is no AC or heating, apartment repairs are difficult to come by and they didn't actually fix our door

Close by to Campus but lacks closet space
