Great place to live but has issues with internel
Great location and apartments but have been having bad issues with internet that they can't seem to fix.

Convenient
The place is convenience and having a gym and bus from the complex that takes you to the law school is super convenience (it drops you off across the street from the law school.) However, the walls and floors are thin which can be annoying. It's a little expensive too, but a good deal if you can find roommates.

Collegetown Terrace Review
Solid facilities a bit overpriced

Easy accommodation
CTT is an easy place to live. It's relatively close to school and walkable to both Collegetown and the Commons. It is not necessarily the best value, but the fact that the gym membership and bus to school are included are a plus. Lots of law students live there so it is a good choice for 1L. For 2L, I would rather live somewhere closer to campus and/or in Collegetown to make getting together with friends a bit easier in the cold winter. The study rooms were also nice for 1L exams.

Overall Good Experience
I enjoy living at CTT. While it's quite expensive, the shuttle to school is reliable, the gym is convenient, and the units are quite nice. Plus, having covered parking in Ithaca is quite a treat. They do charge extra for parking permits, but you'd struggle to find covered parking elsewhere.
Primary complaints: the walls are ridiculously thin. I hear my neighbor's phone calls, music, shows, e-lessons, etc. However, this hasn't been a big enough issue for me to choose to leave. I've been in the same unit for two years now.
Pros: gym, covered parking, management/maintenance has been quick to address issues, and proximity to both campus and the Commons is decent.

Cozy and convenient
Not too long of a walk to the law school, surrounded by law students, well-maintained facilities.

Expensive for what you get
The building is cheaply constructed but it’s conveniently located and has all the amenities you could need.

Overall
Apartment is amazing. Nice and comfortable. Wish the rent wasn't too high and management was a little nicer.

Collegetown Terrace
Nice building, certainly the newest property around. Good location, halfway between Collegetown and the Commons. There is a shuttle that runs up to the Law School on weekdays, every 10 minutes in the morning and hourly in the afternoon. Lots of law and graduate students live here which is nice, not too loud. However, the internet is terrible and it is incredibly expensive.
