Decent apartment right in Collegetown
227 Linden has pretty nice apartments. It is a small apartment building with only 8 units, and being off Linden instead of off College Ave, it is relatively quiet. It is a 5 minute walk to the law school which is the best part of it. It feels pretty new and things generally work and are in good shape. The door to our apartment is secure. However, parking is expensive, we don't have a lot of light, and the building is not always locked. Further, the management does not have a great reputation, but we have not had any real issues with them. I would recommend 227 Linden for someone who is looking for a relatively affordable apartment in Collegetown but doesn't want to live in an old, unsafe house.
