There is quite a bit of room in my apartment, it has proper air conditioning, it has a dishwasher, the walls are pretty thick for privacy, and most of the common utilities are part of the rent. However, the rent is slightly more expensive, and the maintenance is slightly unreliable regarding air conditioning (not at the fault of the apartment building company necessarily, but it is still a problem). As an example, my air conditioning broke down during a heat wave, and it took the apartment building company two and a half weeks to fix my air conditioning because they had to relegate the repairs to a third party; I did not realize that the repairs were outsourced until after the fact because they did not tell me, and I had to ask them in person what the situation was. Also, there are occasional power outages, although this is unlikely to only affect the apartment building.

Commodore Place is made from an old hotel from the 1920s, so the building structure (and walls probably) are old but durable. A good portion of the tenants are long term who all know each other and are usually friendly to new people. Management is responsive but are short staffed in a building of this size. You can hear noise coming from the hallways. Most, if not all, apartments are up to date with hardwood flooring and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator).
You are in the heart of University Circle for a lower price than any other apartment building. If you don't mind not having the best of the best and the most modern lobby, it is a good fit for you.

The apartment is so close to school and not expensive

Commodore is the great place for law student. it's very close to school, only 3 minutes walk. The rent includes electricity, heater, water and gas. Pay more only for washing, internet and cable.
The washing machines are located in every floor.
