Mayfield Rd.
Apartment is furnished. Building and neighborhood is quiet and safe.
Size is perfect for a single person, enough storage and cabinet areas.
Brand new windows installed October 2023.
Radiator heating, no central air but you are allowed to install a small window air conditioner.
Lived here for a year and a half, would recommend to others.
Property company is helpful and responds quickly to emails and texts.
Older, coin operated washer and dryer. Its okay but I save time going to the laundromat.

I have enjoyed my time in this apartment. The landlords are responsive to concerns/ repairs. It is a nice walk to campus (probably 30 minutes), and it is just down the street from Coventry and Little Italy. It is a little bit older. The building shares a washer and dryer. I pay $50 for parking each month (included in the rent amount).

Convenient Complex with some Small Issues
The complex is great for anyone wanting to live on their own for a cheaper rate. It's a bit older (built in the 1930's) and doesn't have AC, but it does come with water, heating, and gas. It's a little over a mile away from campus right up the hill from Little Italy, so it's very convenient. The only issue I have with it is that I occasionally get wasps inside my apartment, but the landlady is very helpful in trying to fix the issue.
