Good value for someone with a car

Good value
Compared to other properties in Durham, this is a good value for the quality of apartment you get. I’ve been happy here for 3 years. The management is not great, the head lady has a horrible attitude and doesn’t appear to be great at her job, but the maintenance folks have all been great.

Alden Place Apartments
Overall very happy with the complex. Feels very safe. Plenty of parking, residents have access to pool and small gym. Close to Duke, but the neighborhood itself is just ok. It's close to many stores but not walkable.

Alden Place Review
Alden Place is a great place to live. The apartments are really nice, and maintenance comes very quickly when necessary. The people who work in the office are also very nice and helpful. The gym and pool setup is great as well.

Alden = great value
Alden is very affordable and a very quick drive away from the hospital! It takes about 7 minutes in the morning from our parking lot to the eye center parking lot, so I love it. It's cheaper than the options right next to the hospital and also more spacious/ feels more detached. Closer to Chapel Hill, walmart, etc., so we love it for that reason.
