Decent place, but not on 9th street

I've loved my time at this apartment complex, but the walls are a little thin so I can hear when the neighbors have parties. It's not too far from school or 9th street (10-15 min drive to either), but it's not in the place where most students rent. The management has been very responsive and work with my husband and I to fix any problems that are occurring.
