Wish there were fewer Air BnB'ers

As a permanent resident at The Retreat, I don't feel comfortable always having a revolving door of short term Air BnB guests. That said, the reason its so popular for Air BnB'ers is that it's in the perfect location. It's in walking distance to tons of restaurants and bar, but quiet for the most part. near an elementary school

street parking only - must have resident tags

South Beach is incredible for an active person! I love being able to walk everywhere I want to go and a safe place to ride my bike and go on runs. I also take advantage of the local free events and of course the beach!

South Bay Club is in a fairly safe neighborhood. There are many stores, restaurants and bars located within a walking distance. It is also easy to find public transportation and/or cabs.

I love living in South Beach because I am a very active person who love the beach and boardwalk. I never have to drive, and I ride or walk to all grocery stores and any other errand.

This is a safe area in close Proximity to Publix
The construction in the area has been very difficult to deal with resulting in dirt and dust everywhere for the last three years!
