I live in a Studio and it is a very gracious size and shape. The Gold Coast area is wonderful, there are many restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The pool and the gym are also fantastic extras. The building also has a fairly young crowd which makes it feel more fun to love there.

I enjoy my studo apartment a lot, it is on the larger side. I'm pleased with the layout, I don't like having to see the kitchen/bathroom from the main room. The building is older, but fairly updated. I really enjoy the workout facilities and pool top.

Great location, staff, and residents. Biggest criticisms are the elevators. They are incredibly slow or frequently broken. Elevator #3's beeping makes me want to scream every day. Maintainence staff is friendly and responds promptly. Kitchens and bathrooms are also somewhat dated.

The apartment itself is somewhat old, and layout could be better, but it is very well maintained. Most aspects of the apartment are updated and everything is clean. The location is hard to beat, and for a young professional it is very ideal. The majority of the tenants are also young professionals leading to a good social scene.

Reasonable rent for fantastic location and views. Close to many restaurants, gyms, nightlife. Wonderful bang for your buck, but the gym is quite lackluster. The nights can get loud. Downsides are terrible elevators, water pressure, and sometimes maintenance is mean.

The apartment is a little old and is not designed great. However, the staff is really friendly and most of the residents are young professionals. Also, it is located in a great spot relative to the city. The rooftop pool is great, and some of the other amenities are nice too.

I really enjoy this apartment. The location is ideal. Close to lots of restaurants of various price ranges. Also close to lots of bars and has a great night life in the area. The building is clean and nice. Has a small gym and a rooftop pool. The view from the apartments is exceptional.

I have lived in this building for over a year and it has been a great experience. The pool in the summer is a hue plus and access to a gym year round is great. The location is perfect for getting anywhere and it is a very safe and friendly neighborhood. The floor to ceiling windows allow for a great view of the city from my living room and bedroom.

Great amenities in an outdated building. The elevator is the biggest downfall of living in this building. They break constantly and you will wait 20 minutes during peak times. Great location for the building, probably the lowest rent in the nearby area.

Great apartment complex. Lots of young professionals. Not the most updated building but a good price for the area and for what you get. There are definitely some problems with the elevators and some noise from the street / other apartments at night but I love the apartment overall.
