73 East Lake reviews and highlights
- amazing indoor pool, steam room, hot tub, and gym.
- the location of the building is amazing
- expensive and claims to be high-end
- management of this residence is awful
Amazing Apartment Building with no so Great Love for Booth Studens
Love 73 East Lake. Please be aware as a Booth student that management is not too fond of Boothies and makes it hard to rent or reserve common areas for events etc. They have also started taking down concessions or other rent deals when they know Booth students will be looking to rent (late summer). Outside of this issue, I love the building.

Good decision
Best amenities and the location is also great, the building is always clean and management is friendly and supportive. It is definitely not the cheapest but on my mind it is worth the extra dollars.

Happy Resident

73 is nice, little pricey, but no complaints
I live with a friend I knew from undergrad, so a non-Boothie. I was willing to pay a little more for rent. Our place is definitely nice and I enjoy that I’m able to detach from the MPP bubble if I want to on certain nights. MPP is also great, though.

Great apartment, definitely a step up from MPP and worth the money in my opinion, particularly with my family. Only complaint is management at times

The Loop Reviews
Very close to the lake and navy pier
Great park surrounded by all the buildings.
There’s good supermarket that has everything. A couple restaurants and coffee shops are also there.
