All praise has to go to Caroline!
The area is nice and quiet and surrounded by trees, and the neighbors are very friendly. I have had some problems with maintenance for a while and there are some pests around the property (unfortunately, that is everywhere with Georgia climate).
That said, all props go to Caroline, the property manager. She always makes sure residents are taken care of and is friendly every time I see her. Anytime I need to go into the office for issues like those mentioned above, she takes care of them immediately! A++ for Caroline.

Chamblee Rosemont Review
Quieter neighborhood that is just in the perimeter. The apartment complex is just beside Mercer’s Atlanta campus. There are a couple of pools onsite which are nice. There is a good gym and most of the roads around have sidewalks that you can run on.
