A refugee camp for Chicago expats

The only thing good about this place is the location, especially if you've recently moved from the city. It's full of creepy divorced dads stuck in the burbs because of their kids.

The gym isn't bad. Pool is windy but not bad and they don't care if you enjoy a beverage poolside. You get nickled and dimed to death for everything. Our base rent is $1,450, but with parking, utilities, pet fees and storage fees, we pay $1,650 a month. Much more than we'd ever pay in the city for a one bedroom. Upkeep is poor and the building tends to catch on fire, mostly due to the residents' errant cigarettes. Location can't be beat, but if you can move to the city, I'd recommend moving there instead.
