Best place in Atl to live
Management is friendly and helpful. Neighborhood is safe and warm. Loving community with easy access to many things. Great place to live. Quiet, spacious, well laid out floor plans, shady so it's always nice inside, seriously if you're looking in this neighborhood look no further.

Great place for young couple
I accidentally ran into this place when we were looking to move into Atlanta from Athens, after graduating from UGA. There was a 2 months waiting period because all of the apartments were taken, but the wait was worth it. For the money, the location and the amenities included this is a very reasonable to good apartment complex. We have lived here for 6 months now and are planning to renew and probably stay here for a few more years before we get a starter home. It's a great place for pets and our sunroom is truly a sunroom. It is one of my favorite place in the apartment. The only small issue for me is the size of the kitchen, mainly the lack of cabinet space but we have made it work quite well. Being only 5 miles from Buckhead and less then a mile from 285 and 400 this is an amazing place for us.
