Going down hill
This place is SO not worth the money. Every morning I wake up and am disgusted to live here. Most recently, there seems to be a drug problem that our management just brushes under the rug. Furthermore, they charge the SAME amount of money to rent the non-renovated units which are cheap and trashy looking. Luckily, I design on the side and did what I could to make this a home but I can't stress enough that you should be taking 1800 PLUS a month elsewhere. Sneakily, they never showed us a non-renovated unit upon looking here, so we didn't know what to expect and the disappoint we felt on moving day was sad for newlyweds. Our apartment constantly smells of marijuana and again nothing they can do. More recently, we had homeless in the back of our apartment. Biggest regret of my life is living here.
