Happy to Renew!
I have almost been in my apartment a year and am looking forward to renewing my lease. Hardwood flooring, fireplace, full vanity, cute kitchen, great closet space, and a nice size balcony. The amenities are great. It's one of the reasons I moved here. The apartment has been doing well with post COVID life placing limits on public areas and requesting that residents use masks in public places. I have not used the amenities as much as I had hoped this year due to my schedule and COVID. Maintanence is exceptional. Requests are dealt with in a timely maner and they are thorough. I am surprised and pleased as my previous experiences have been lackluster in comparison. Good place to call home.
