Well Managed, Good Location

This building is well managed and a great location if your commute involves driving along Lake Shore. Being close to Montrose Beach and the lake front biking/running path is also a plus. The neighborhood is residential - A grocery store is within walking distance and there are a few good restaurants in the area. The neighborhood gets a little sketchy at night so I avoid going out alone after dark, but that is probably a good practice wherever you live!
