Love this place!
This is a beautiful luxury apartment. I might be a bit of a diva but there aren't many places in this city where you can get granite, stainless steal, spacious loft style apartment for such an affordable rate. All the units have in-unit washer and dryer, central air and heat, a bike room, a storage room and beautiful hardwood floors. Parking is a easy to find directly in front of the building but it is metered parking. During the day most of the tenants park in the plaza parking lot. The condo has a deal with the parking garage at the L Howard station for roughly $75/month. Because the building is located in the plaza, you have grocery store, LA Fitness and a Marshall's at your finger tips. I love this place!
