Below Average - Noisy Area & Hot Water Out Several Times
Pretty noisy area with the ambulances going into the Northwestern Hospital across the street. I had been in a quieter neighborhood where I rented before moving to Streeterville; maybe I will get used to it. Another bummer is the pool on the roof is closed because the people in charge forgot to do some repairs or service of some kind and the city shut it down. Lots of rumors flying around about it. Renters should get a reduced rent for this. An owner who has lived here a long time said they had an in-house maintenance guy, but the current board did not want to spend the money on him, so he was let go, and now the hot water is out occasionally. I do like being close to the lake one way, and Michigan Ave. the other way. The closest CTA train station is a bit of a walk, but it’s doable. Forget having your own car here. No where to park very long. Walking and the busses are the way to get to places when renting here.

Perfect Location
Perfect location with lots to do. Friendly property staff who handle any issues with the unit. The hotel they built does effect the natural light and privacy. Rooftop is a great area. Friendly people on every floor. Bike room is a little small. Brand new elevators.

Great Condo
Lived here for two years and love it. Safe neighborhood, updated elevators and unit. Helpful doormen and gorgeous rooftop. The pool has had some issues lately, but management was quick to fix. Small bike room, but secure. Nice lobby and surrounding restaurants.

so far so good
So far so good. Building is a little old but we havent had any problems with it so far. Has met all of my needs and the people are nice. No gym. The view on my side of the building is into patient rooms of the hospital, but you get used to the ambulance sounds and I dont even notice them anymore.

Streeterville Reviews
There are some more expensive restaurants and fast food places. Navy Pier attracts a lot of tourists and they can be annoying to navigate around.
Noise is not usually too big of an issue in this neighborhood; it's pretty quiet at night.
There are multiple grocery stores nearby for multiple choices. Also there are a bunch of great places to eat so one will not get bored with options.
