Great building, unit needs upgrades

Absolutely stunning courtyard building with tons of spring/summer foliage. Phenomenal location. Unit sizes are great for a 1 bedroom. Layout is nice and sectioned, makes it feel a lot bigger. Kitchen desperately needs to be upgraded however.

Great Location and Size, Overpriced

I love the location of the apartment and the large size, but the cost ratio to value is ridiculous. No central air, laundry, or dishwasher, and the unit is radiator heat. Also good luck getting answers/fixes from JHM. Should get more for your money!!
