Great management, nice apartments

I love my little studio in Edgewater. The management is very straight-forward, helpful, and accommodating. It doesn't feel like they're ever trying to trick or scam you, which is awesome. It's a little further north than I thought I'd be originally, but it's right next to Lake Michigan, and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. My only small concerns is that there aren't a whole lot of amenities in the building (laundry is nice, but it's coin-operated), and there aren't many affordable gyms in the area. Also, it's not a super social area, but I'm pretty okay with that as most of my friends/activities are downtown or in Lakeview.
