Fantastic Location, Could Use Updating
The building is in a great location central to everything in North Center. Each apartment comes with a generous basement-level storage unit, which is definitely a perk. The building could potentially use a new washer/dryer soon. The building is very safe, quiet, and on a wonderful tree-lined street with plentiful permit parking, and nearby free parking.
