Great little apartment with lots of nooks
Truthfully, the best part of the complex is Martha, the lady that lives on the first floor and makes sure everyone in the building gets their packages. But beware: She'll talk your ear off.
It's only a few blocks from the Irving Park YMCA, 1/10 of a mile from the Blueline, and half a mile from Tony's Finer Foods (a wonderful grocery store). There is also an Aldi two stops away on the Blueline. There's a Walgreens very close by. Cafe Versailles is literally on the next block, and they have the most friendly staff and phenomenal coffee. The hardware store isn't that far away either.
I have an ironing board tucked into my wall, two decent sized closets. My kitchen is a postage stamp, and my fridge probably should be replaced. I don't have any bathroom storage besides the medicine cabinet, and there is NO bathroom counter space.
I could have a cat if I wanted without an increased deposit or even notifying the staff.
