Surprisingly homey and worth the price!
I was in a rush to find a place and was hoping for something lower than 1k since I'm a student but found this great place and happy with management, location, amenities, and the other renters! I've been here for 8 months and had a complaint that was fixed immediately and the manager followed up to make sure that it didn't happen again.

Overpriced, great view, in a quiet neighborhood
This building is very old (often the elevator is broken, none to have pipes freeze in winter, and the up keep is average). It is made up of condos, but most are rented out and the prices are very high for what you actually get. Parking is a nightmare
