Cigarette-smoke filled horror
If you want to breathe fresh air - do not live here. The halls and units are filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. If you want healthy lungs - beware.

Great apartments and location
We love our apartment. The location is amazing and the management is great. They are always around and if you don't see them in passing they will respond to your calls within a few hours. Maintenance issues are resolved that day. The only issue is the apartments are pretty small and not up to date. If they would update their appliances and a few things like putting new doors on the closets the place would be a lot nicer. Parking is right under the building which is great for this area of town.
