Nice apartment, ok management
I really love my apartment, but the maintenance and management guys aren't super great. I had an issue of getting locked out of my apartment and maintenance handled it very poorly. They provide a 24/7 hotline for all emergencies so I called, but the guy got upset with me that i was calling very late and he was over an hour away...why have a 24/7 hotline if the tenants get yelled at for using it. Very poor service.
