Decent apt, great location

The apartment has all the basics. Multiple bathrooms outside of your room. Some apts have more than 1 room and I think a couple have bathrooms in the units. The building is a block away from North and Wells in Old Town, so there are a bunch of great bars and restaurants very closeby.

245 W. North Ave. Studio Apt

Basically like an adult dormitory. Multiple renovated bathrooms. Never had to wait for one. Great location in the heart of Old Town. Abut a block away from Sedgwick Brown Line stop. Major drawback- construction is ongoing and management has been very sketchy about it.
