The Pelham

Have lived here for 2.5 years and really like it. Apartment is spacious and good value, has a lot of character (crown molding, etc). Have not had any pests. Only downside is window units for AC and steam heat in the winter that we cannot control.

Living in the Pelham

I love the location of this apartment, so close to the park and many bars and restaurants, as well as multiple buses. It is not super close to a grocery store though. It is really spacious with a lot of natural light. The steam/radiator heat, as well as needing to do AC through window units, means both winter and summer can get pretty hot. Overall I have loved living here. It is not an apartment building/high rise - it is a walk up.
