Not Worth Your Money
Vinings is a great place to live for recent graduates and young professionals, and most of the apartments here are very affordable and beautiful. This is not a recommendable place to live. Many of the amenities they list on their website is NOT available to residents. The gym is closed most of the year, the pool is closed most of the warm weeks, and they just got rid of the laundry room. They call themselves a gated community, but the gates get stuck and are left open too many times. Cops come into this complex all the time to arrest people who have warrants out for arrest. The management is friendly when you're looking to sign up and very rude once you become a resident. The location is very convenient but for this price, there are plenty of better options to choose from in this area.

Stoneridge at Vinings
Best value in Vinings, apartments are old, but the area is extremely safe. The management has currently shifted so they are doing a large revitalization project (probably in light of SunTrust Stadium being built). I only expect our housing costs to go up, but for now the complex is my hidden treasure!
