Noisy, old, and like a frat house
Features:
- Good Location
Problems:
- Walls are paper thin so you can hear neighbors parties all of the time.
- Weed/cigarette smoke waft in through the front and back doors.
- Water pressure is awful.
- Closets are fairly small.
- Dishwasher and other appliances are poorly maintained.
