Love my building

An incredible deal for so much space. Neighbors are almost all nice, a super dog-friendly building, and a fenced in front area for the dogs to run around. Management is quick to respond to issues. The neighborhood is great.

One thing I'll say is that it is a no-frills building -- laundry is in the basement and takes quarters, there's no gym, etc., so if you're looking for that, look elsewhere.
