Nice apartment

I believe these apartments are a bit pricey for the location in Northern Rogers Park. They are also fairly small units. The appliances were new and including stainless steel fridge and dishwasher. I also think the unit is pretty quiet. The landlord took a little while (sometimes weeks) to respond to non-emergency issues such as an electrical outlet not working. The people in the apartments are pretty friendly and keep to themselves.
