Great company, great properties
After a decade of living in Chicago I've had a wealth of awful landlords and/or mgmt. companies - who hasn't?!?
I've enjoyed 2 great apartments (same neighborhood) with Winnemac over the last 5 years, and continue to stay with them for the foreseeable future.
They have an easy website to search properties and a ticketing system for maintenance issues. They've dealt with any issues promptly, and the apartment building itself is well maintained.
