Apartment has a lot of character which is good, but there are thin walls and it is apparent that a lot of the features are old. Door frames are broken, thin carpets, can feel where missing wood panels in the floor under carpets. Kitchen needs updating (appliances held together with tape) and have brought to management attention for 15+ months with no resolution. Great location and living space though.
