Great neighborhood/neighbors, affordable area
The neighborhood is full of friendly faces. The building is a bit old, so the walls are thin, but the apartment has some updated features I like. There is plenty of space for the price, and a ton of storage for the apartment. Laundry is on site, which is awesome.
