Best Hidden Gem
This is a great apartment! The building is owned by a family and my landlord is super nice. The neighborhood is very safe and I feel even safer knowing that the doors and gates are always locked, so only those who live in the building can go in and out of the property.
My unit itself is rather large for a studio and pretty renovated. I have a separate kitchen, living room and walk-in closet area which is really nice.
My place stays cool in the summer but also stays cold in the winter. My ceilings have a low clearance. I wouldn't recommend anyone taller than 5'10 living here. All in all, I love my place. Perfect for a first apartment.
