Bristol West End

Bristol is a great location and has good amenities. I love that there are lots of people our age to connect with. The pool is incredible and has two grills for tenant use. That said, the management is difficult to work with and do not respond well to tenants expressing issues. The walls are also thin, so if noise bothers you, try to get an apt on the top floor.

Overall bristol is a great place to live- we have a beautiful apartment that is 15 minutes walk to campus. We have a pool, gym, and lots of other classmates in the building to see! My only complaint is the management company- they can be unresponsive and are not always receptive to changes.

Extremely convenient location, indoor parking, and indoor gym included. However the property managers have many rules about door decorations, trash, recycling, balcony decorations, etc.

Location is amazing, 10 minute walk to campus for nice days, and the free Vanderbilt Medical Center shuttles pick up in the parking lot directly across the street. A ton of medical students live in the building so it is very convenient for having friends over and meeting people. Gym and pool are both very nice to have onsite. Affordable rent for a good sized apartment.

Great Management

Bristol is very close to Eskind - a 10-15 minute walk or you can get on the shuttle right across the street and that takes about 5 mins. Because of the location and reasonable rent for a very nice place, a lot of med students live in the building. This gives a built-in community that is really nice to lean on when there is a lot of studying to do and you don't have time to go out but still want to hang out with friends for a little while.
