The proximity to campus is such a steal. Also, the apartment building has monthly events and ways to connect with others. There are families, people of ages across the spectrum living here too. This makes it feel like a small little community. Gym in the building is pretty good. Amenities are very nice! Highly recommend!

I split rent with my SO, which makes it slightly cheaper, but I fully recognize it is not and should not be the option for everyone, my SO is in the workforce so wanted a place rather than sharing a house with roommates. The views are nice, windows are large, it is spacious for a one bedroom. There is a gym, pool, and sky lounge to rent for big parties (think potluck!!) and any repair or maintenance is immediately addressed. Finally, the parking lot is covered and heated which takes off the stress of shoveling snow out of the drive way.

Love all the amenities and the high-quality appliances in my apartment. The management team is also great! Very convenient for someone who works at either CCF or UH!

A new apartment with wonderful amenities, great access to local schools/hospitals, and spacious units.

Very positive experience living at OUC. Apartment is very nice, and they have really useful amenities (ex. community coffee machine, large gym, and outdoor pool/fire pits).

I have been living at OUC for about a year. My experience has been extremely positive. The staff are always very friendly and my apartment itself is very spacious and clean.

One Universtiy Circle - excellent

The amenities (pool and gym) and natural lighting are very good. Mainly residents and undergraduate students in this apartment and roughly monthly social events. maintenance is very responsive for any detail you need fixed. Upper management is difficult to communicate with. No utilities are included so we have to pay for our own trash ($45/mo), Internet ($70/mo), and electricity (up to $150/mo). Best part is proximity to hospital - can walk to HEC, CCF, and Case - also may be unsafe at night for this reason as well.

New building with great amenities (pool, gym, study and lounge space all included in rent) and indoor parking. Great view of Cleveland (especially from the Sky Lounge on the 20th floor). 24/7 staff that's responsive and helpful. Free maintenance. Definitely on the more expensive side.
