Park Lane Villa Review
Park Lane is great!

Convenient location
Great location, about a 5-7 min walk from the HEC. Security is always here so it is safe. Parking is $50 a month in the gated lot but I think it's $100 or more in the garage, the gated lot is more than enough though. The power used to go out pretty often during storms but it has gotten better. In-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. Staff is responsive and friendly. You can get good sunlight here but go look at the unit before you rent, my particular unit gets no sunlight at all. If you're on the first floor or close to the ballroom, it can get loud on the weekends when they're having events. Overall, good place to live and spacious

Solid place, affordable
Very spacious, close to school and is in the area for SafeRide, has concierge system. Rent is very affordable compared to how close it is to school.

In the heart of it all
We just moved after living at the Park Lane for 3 years. The building is really great for an older building. It has covered parking, security, a private patio, workout room and recreation room. The staff was great. They were very responsive to any requests and treated all guests with kindness and respect. The apartment came with nice amenities and the windows kept out the cold and drafts. We really enjoyed walking around University Circle and Little Italy.

Love the space and the staff
The apartments are really spacious, which is great for someone who has pets. There are so many layouts in the building that it was hard to choose when moving in. Best choice for the area. Like my own slice of history and beauty. The staff is very responsive to the residents which s always a plus.

Park Lane Villa
Park Lane Villa has convenient location. Only less than 10 minutes walk to HEC or shuttle stops that go to the main campus. There's a doorman present 24/7 in case you need help. Although the building is a little bit old, the rooms are decently sized. Some utilities are included and there is a small fitness room and game room in the building. Parking is extra but you have an option to choose between a cheaper gated outdoor parking or a more pricy covered garage.

Great place to live
Great location for HEC students, parking is simple for visitors as well. Staff is responsive and friendly. My particular unit does not receive sunlight which is a bummer, but the convenient location in the building and nice view of the courtyard makes it worth it. It's also great having a gym right in the basement. In-unit laundry is amazing too!

University Circle Reviews
Close enough to campus buildings so there was enough light that I felt safe enough, but once I left campus, felt a little more alert.
University Circle is THE hub for cultural activity in Cleveland. The Cleveland Museum of Art is my favorite place in the Circle. It has fabulous permanent exhibits and brings in wonderful temporary exhibitions. The museum hosts social events that are perfect for young people more than once a month. The Circle also contains Severance Hall - home of the Cleveland Orchestra, the Cleveland Botanical Gardens, the Natural History Museum, and more!
The area is fairly safe as it is heavily patrolled by UCPD and Campus Police. Ambulances frequent the area to get to the hospital, but that is the only noise complaint I've ever heard of.
I couldn't be happier about living right in University Circle during law school.
There is a grocery store that is very convenient and also the normal college campus chain restaurants like Chipotle.
