Fine apartment South of Downtown

The apartment is fine.
Pros - proximity to all the grocery/convenience stores, families lives around, rent
Cons - Not the best place - can find better places near the university, very less furniture, cannot host a party(from a student's perspective)

Nice quiet spot for a good price

I lived here for both years with my wife and our dog. It's nice because they are townhouses so it's easy to take the dog out and we have a grill and chairs set up outside. Close to Wegmans which is nice, but further away from school.

The apartments themselves are good for the price, nothing amazing but given what you pay it's perfectly fine. Maintenance was responsive.

Review Title

Great access to buses and shops in western Ithaca. A good amount of space for the money. Front and back doors that lead to grass areas is great for dogs. The property is between two parks, which is great for dogs.
