Good Experience over all

Every apartment complex has its own issues. Mine is no exception. There has been tremendous turnover with management companies and high rental increases. The property is being kept clean bit better than previously. They need to pull up the carpets in the halls. But I have enjoyed living there. It's directly downtown. I can walk everywhere... to Whole Foods, Starbucks, Bars, Restaurants, etc. I hardly drive unless I am driving to school. It is about 20-30 minutes away from the school. I love city living. For me, this was a great choice. I have water front views of Biscayne Bay and there is also a free train that circles downtown and Brickell, which allows me to get around without driving much!
