Overall a Good Place to Live
Nice building and a nice unit. We locked in a lower rate-so the price isn't awful. That said, the building is expensive. Othan than that this is a good place to live. A lot of young professionals and not a whole lot of families. The only downside to that is it gets a little 'dorm'-y and some neighbors are not nearly as quite as we are, especially late at night. Not that it is a dealbreaker, but it certainly isn't what I pay for.

JeffJack is a great place to live.
If you work downtown, this building is very convenient to bus routes, the blue line and within walking distance of Greektown, Mariano's, Whole Foods and all the great restaurants on Randolph St. (and the highway, if you drive!). Management is friendly and accommodating, and the rent is slightly less than other buildings in the area for having similar amenities, in-unit washers/dryers, an indoor pool and a gym, etc. The building is dog friendly and there are indoor storage units and a secure parking garage available. Bonus: Dark Matter coffee is opening in one of the building's retail spaces soon!
