Too expensive

No in-unit laundry. No dish washer.
Location is good.
They increased the price too high.

Great value

Excellent location close to campus and grad housing, low rent (best deal we could find in the area), pretty good amount of space, very responsive management. Easy access to walking trail, and lots of flowers and birds. Nice balcony. The main drawbacks to me are expensive laundry and poor temperature control. But overall a great place to live as a UCSD student.
