Hyde Park Property Management
I really like living in Hyde Park. I feel pretty safe and love being so close to the school. The main disadvantages of my living situation is that most students live downtown so I get fewer organic social opportunities and I hate the management company. To anyone looking to rent in Hyde Park, I would suggest avoiding Hyde Park Property Management. They don't take care of mice, ignore service requests, over charge you, and are super unresponsive. They're the worst management company I've ever worked with by far.
